            refried pinto beans, queso oaxaca, cured red onions, micro cilantro,

            and avocado salsa, served over a huarache (masa harina corn cake)

            grilled broccoli, yellow squash, zucchini, and onions rolled in corn

            tortillas, finished with salsa verde poblano, queso fresco, and crema
