            pork tenderloin marinated in al pastor sauce, diced, and served on top

            of three ancho chile/masa harina cakes, finished with grilled pineapple

            salsa and crema fresca, served with a side chile morita sauce

            onions, capers, and olives) garnished with fried green plantain chips,
